Some 46 HRG beside 5 female partners tested positive up to now for HIV and AIDS. Some 70% linked to ART center. All ORW are from the community. Crisis management team and advocacy committee have been reformed with induction of new members like stakeholders, FSW , MSM community and social workers. WhatsApp group is joined by community members.
We have tried to reach to cover HRG in day and mainly in night due to continuous and regular outreach. RMC has been regular part in the project where doctor had tried to done regular medical checkups of target group.
We had tried to know HRG spots active mainly in night. In them some are highly risky where lot of care needs to be taken and where immediate emergency help is not easy to reach. The hrgs in night are operating in dark and lonely places where police have conducted continuous raids to nab them. Police, newspaper and renovation work under Smart city in Daulat Bagh compels HRGS to shift their places and disturb their operation in their places. Despite lot of crowd at JLN hospital and delay at ICTC window, staff have done testing and this year FICTC establishment helps to test the hrgs in Project.
We have tried to link positive persons to all social scheme and have tried to pursue the department but apathetic attitude of departments have worried. HRG have been linked to Asha Niketan for caring of HIV persons. We have tried to link serious cases of HIV positives to Asha Niketan. The organsiation this year also extend its support by organizing dance of HRGS and participating in rally by dapcu office in CMHO office

Mamta health institute has funded the project which ran in slum areas of Ajmer in Rajasthan. About 40 Cases have been identified. The project is still working where we aware people about TB which is contiguous diseases and care must be taken while sitting and discussing in settings where it spread. Infected persons must test themselves and take medicine to become infection free.
Our country witnesses an average number of 1280 road crashes a day (as per accident figures of 2018) and 415 deaths. This would roughly convert into 53 crashes and 17 deaths every hour. In 2018, road accidents alone claimed 1.5 lakh lives with an increase of 0.46% from the previous year.
The World Health Organization has also noted that road accidents are a major public health problem as crashes kill more than 1.25 million people and injure

It is named as dream project of chief minister of Rajasthan and the organization has been entrusted with responsibility of providing loans to the beneficiaries belonging to economical weaker section and lower income group in the district of Ajmer and churu. The poor who have no permanent source of income and have no residence in their name in the state have been linked with the banks to provide them with the loan.
Working with some 70 Aaganwadis in the district of Ajmer with the support of Vedanta foundation. The basic aim is to improve the present state of Aaganwadis centers and enhance the interest of the children and community in it and send their children for initial education . Nutrition provision, educational and health needs and infrastructure requirements would be addressed with the support of Vedanta foundation.
We have worked with PSI an international NGO on COTPA act enactment and awareness generation on tobacco eradication.
The organization has selected some 10 villages where the awareness generation program on various issues of health, education and livelihood together with right based education can be transferred to the community. The selected villages for the past many years seem to be provided with such information and have poor performance on all the indicators of the life. Central social welfare board has lend support to the organization.
Low rainfall coupled with erratic behavior of the monsoon in the state make Rajasthan the most vulnerable to drought. Of all the natural disasters, drought can have the greatest impact and affect the largest number of people. Rural people in Rajasthan depend on rainfed agriculture. Coping with low rainfall, with a high coefficient of variation across time and space, is the major challenge. There is increased demand for water for various purposes, viz., domestic and municipal needs, irrigation. The Central Groundwater Board of India projects that the reservoir of groundwater will dry up by 2025 in up to 15 states.
The organization has organized and has supported seminar which has been attended by social workers, villagers and students on the issues of drought and water management. The workshops basically highlighted the issues such as drought indices, drought preparedness, drought mitigate level at government level, The cost and effects of drought ,Agricultural productivity, Drought planning, preparedness and mitigation efforts at the national, regional and local levels, Why water is a problem, Water problem in India, History of water problem in State, Rajasthan’s water availability, Water harvesting positive tip and Success of projects depends on factors, water harvesting structures and revival and rain water harvesting.
The supporting agency for the project is Malkolak knowledge center, a Hyderabad based renowned research institute in India and Nehru Yuva Kendra Ajmer
The wonderful work of painting is done by painters of Ajmer district in the poor settings of rural areas where there is no infrastructure. The organization has striving hard to exhibits their products in various exhibitions in Delhi, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Allahabad and Ajmer. The organization has been making its effort to sale them through social networking on internet. Some social organization working for social cause outside India have shown their interest to purchase their products and has given us orders to purchase the products.
The organization has been supporting some 15 social outfits, conducts visit of the areas to study the socio economic, educational, health, environmental and livelihood needs and later documented them and conducts certain services like holding meetings and participate to facilitate their work and Documentation , Project preparation and executing the project and participating in seminars and meetings of project review meetings
With the support of Nehru Yuva Kendra the drives on Sanitation and Hygiene have been done in Rural and Urban area in the district of Ajmer. Some 2000 people have been touched by it.
The organization with the support of reliance industries has tried to link needy youths particularly females, women of middle age and boys to the outlets and stores of the company. Some 10 persons have been linked to the reliance industries all over the state particularly in the district of Ajmer.
We have tried to provide necessary support to beggars like clothes, food and the chance to link with job. Some 20 – 25 beggars have been served by the organization. In future efforts will be made to link them with job facilities at various retail counters and company outlets
10 Vaccination and 10 family planning Camps were also held in tribal areas of Dhar and rural and slum areas of Ajmer and Jaipur. General awareness were held among people in the tribal areas of Madhya Pradesh as most people are illiterate and have poor level of awareness. Women and girls are restricted to their home only and have little control over their health needs.
We had completed the training of some 25 women on the stitching supported by Ministry of rural development which had supported Sarthak Sansthan which act as nodal agency for us. The qualified trainer tried to train on every aspect of stitching like preparation of cloth material for children, women and men. Some 15 specimen copies of trained material were prepared by the women. The training skills helps them to open their own business and helps to earn livelihood for their families. Also Signed MOU to run Computer education program under NAI Manzil Program supported by Ministry of Minority Affairs.
This year the organization had organized some 5 camps for the community of sex workers, minority community and people living below poverty line. The financial literacy education helped them to understand the financial needs, how to save money for future needs, how to invest in various plans like fixed deposits, small invest profits and returns, what are the benefits of child plan for future education and retirements return plans for salaried class and self-employed. Some 200 people has attended the camps.
